ZX10R 05 C2H Track Bike Build

This is the bike as I got it. The previous owner put some tasty bits on!:

First up, one of the swing arm bungs had snapped off before I got the bike:



And during one of my first track days, one of the instructors had an ex-factory race bike and the swingarm mounts were reinforced on that bike by Kawasaki:



So I bought a used swingarm in good condition and dropped it off at a TIG welder to have the mounts reinforced so they don't break off on the new swingarm. While I was at it, I put some riv-nuts in and put a chain guard on:





Cleaned all dust seals on the swingarm and suspension linkage:







Cleaned up and inspected the Ohlins while I was at it:

Got some captive spacers, really worth it as you dont need to worry about them falling out:

Oil changes with K&N filters and a magnetic sump plug. All lock wired:

Bought SES rear sets, track fairings and a quick shifter off a Focused instructor's bike:



Took off all the stickers from the farirings, rubbed them down and rattle canned them matt black!
