Can't say I've really ever noticed any difference on mine for better or worse. I done a fair bit of research before I done it with lots of people saying it improved the low down grunt and intake noise...I never noticed either.

NellyB:
Have done it on mine and i would say it definately improved low down grunt, mine has been re mapped to suit which may be the difference between it working or not

Henas:
cheers for the imput guys im doing mine this weekend :)

Out of interest, what profile rear tyre are you running? Mine are stuck fully open from when the bike turns on (so they're basically not there) and since fitting a 55 profile rear to my '04, I  noticed she takes a little bit more throttle to get rolling in 1st.

Have a PC3, just need time to fit and map it, may as well whip the plates out when I'm doing that, be interested to see the difference.
