secondary throttle valves

im looking at removing secondary throttle valves has anyone done it if so what did you achieve also might take  exhaust valve out too

Can't say I've really ever noticed any difference on mine for better or worse. I done a fair bit of research before I done it with lots of people saying it improved the low down grunt and intake noise...I never noticed either.

Have done it on mine and i would say it definately improved low down grunt, mine has been re mapped to suit which may be the difference between it working or not

Out of interest, what profile rear tyre are you running? Mine are stuck fully open from when the bike turns on (so they're basically not there) and since fitting a 55 profile rear to my '04, I  noticed she takes a little bit more throttle to get rolling in 1st.

Have a PC3, just need time to fit and map it, may as well whip the plates out when I'm doing that, be interested to see the difference.
