well ive been out on the bike quite a few times now and well what can i say what a bike it climbs brilliantly although the two lowest gears are so low i could probably walk quicker but thats not the point! i havnt had to get off and walk yet, you can just ride for miles and miles but a pair of padded shorts are going to ordered il let you think of the reason why  :emb:
so i look forward to many more miles in the saddle and lots of training to do for the london to brighton as 73.5 miles is going to be a killer!!!

So last weekend was the london to brighton ride and i was very nervous at the start but cracked it in 7.15 hours which i was really happy about as the bhf average is 8.5

so im going to do it again next year and try for 6 hours 30mins i hopefully will be able to train a bit harder for the next one if i decide not to go over the handle bars and put myself in hospital 2 weeks before the event  :emb:

does anyone no if there are any other good cycling events to crack in the uk?
