I declared some last year but not all and the premium did increase.
 When I renew later this year I will be declaring all of them just to be on the safe side.

The thing that gets me is that crash bungs and brake upgrades command a higher premium!! Surely you would've thought it would reduce the premium as it makes the bike safer....  :icon_scratch:
