So what's everyone upto fitness wise now the racing/tracvkday season is over?

Anyone started training ready for next season?

I'm still working my through some Joel Jamieson and Bas Rutten training ideas  :headbang:

Yes Dave - started in earnest a few weeks back for the 2013 season.  Confined to swimming 5 days a week and the push bike for 20 minutes a day around my lanes.

5-6 days a week in the gym.....rowing, cycling and free weights.... working legs, upper body and core.
Good diet and no alchohol.

Been at it for a year now and it's pretty damn addictive.

KFC 3 days a week, McDonalds 2 days and the other 2 days pie'n'chips along with several pints of bitter a day.
