Nick Sanders managed to get around the world on an R1, so it's not such a stupid thing to do.  Sounding like Alan Partridge is a bit off-putting though.

I've watched all his vids whilst sat bored at work and I whilst taking a sportbike off road ain't such a good idea he has achieved many hits on YT and loads of us talking about it.
