Apart from bikes what other hobbies do you enjoy?.

During the winter months when its a bit more muddy I enjoy doing offroading with my old man and my brother in our slightly modified range rover. HUGE amount of fun.


I do quite a bit with my "part time son" as he likes to call himself. we both enjoy computer games, call of duty and all those. We go air rifle shooting together a fair bit which is good fun, he likes to claim he's better than me. I'm now looking to take it slightly further and begin clay pigeon shooting aswell as applying for my fire arms certificate.


aswell as riding bikes I also really like driving as well, I like to read about improving driving learning new skills then going out to practice them. recently my company paided for my HGV and I suppose it's not a hobby but I do love when I get behind the wheel of one of these, it's bloody brilliant

I have recently spent a few quid on a haf decent CSC digital camera and bits n bobs. Thought I would have a dabble with photography now I am slowing down in the sports department. I also swim every weekend, have managed to get my 3 young ones (8, 8, 9) swimming confidently as a result.

Have given up, fishing, football, golf, squash, the gym. Just not got the appetite for any of them any more with me dodgy knee.

I've been into archery for the last 5 years or so. If you've never tried it give it a whirl, you wont believe how much there is to it. What looks so simple in the films is actually incredibly complex in reality. Love it.

I've been into archery for the last 5 years or so. If you've never tried it give it a whirl, you wont believe how much there is to it. What looks so simple in the films is actually incredibly complex in reality. Love it.

I had a go with a hunting crossbow in the states recently .... bloody awesome piece of kit but I didn't move from targets to live Dear .... kept thinking "bambi".

I mainly get up to quite a bit when I'm not trackdaying, aikido, gym, alot with the reserve forces which gives me alot of foriegn travel, States, Europe etc,  and I spend time on my car, a gorgeous Carrera 911 4S. When not away I like clubs, pubs and socialising. I'm lucky, my girlfriend likes to come to Gents Clubs with me..... living the dream.

Punk rock and partying me and the wife travel all over the country for punk gigs and quite often abroad she is also in a band that play a lot of gigs so that takes up a lot of our weekends all through the year I was also a Nottingham forest season ticket holder for 23 years but stopped going a few Years ago

Surfing, paddle boarding, kiteboarding, swimming (bit of a theme here) snowboarding and mountainbiking.

And of course pubs and beer.

Being landlocked surfing etc is confined to weekends which sucks as I spend all week at work looking at reports of good swells on the internet only to see them drop off by Friday.

Good swell down the westcountry this weekend but my van is off the road aarrggghh typical.

Mountain biking has taken over my world and bank account over the last 4 years, it's brilliant

Off to try some downhill courses soon, i think they call it a mid life crisis, I say fekk off I'm just enjoying every breath I take

I change mine every two to three years. so done most. new ones for 2013 possibly archery, but I don't get the point.  or air rifle shooting.

My other hobby's......
Drinking and socialising down the pub, playing darts, mountain biking, trackdays, holidays. But most of the time, i'm at work doing overtime to pay for my hobbys.

I use to do track days with cars and was very competitive with drag racing at various drag strips around the U.K, but the costs started getting too high, so gave it up.
