Winter
« on: November 04, 2012, 06:16:25 PM »

It's slowly rearing it's ugly head and won't be long before cabin fever sets in....

...anyone wish to share hints and tips on staying sane during the next 4-5 months.

Personally will be keeping fit, drinking, watching re-runs of races and season reviews and dreaming of spanish tracks................. ;-)

As soon as my house sells, I'll be packing and moving to Spain so I can ride 12 months of every year. :)

Trust me - after 12yrs there, there are months when you won't ride particularly if you're on the mainland  :-/

I know, but there'll certainly be more riding days than living over here. Where we're going, they still have a winter, but thats generally down to around +2c at night, and at least the teens through the day during December and January. I know July & August will be too hot to ride, but thats when we'll pop over here.

Where you heading, I did that 4 yrs ago ?
As hammy says, it's not wall to wall sunshine. Good plan though, especially with the house prices the way view are just now.   :icon_thumright:

Keeping fit and encouraging my twin girls (currently 6 months old) to enjoy my adrenaline habit, and also putting my 400 gamma back together.
