So...
« on: October 07, 2012, 12:36:26 AM »

So who's been doing what in the last month or so then? I've seen that Andy J has been terrorising the Lakes, G's been smashing the iron at his local gym, and I'm still following Bas Rutten's latest training programme...

As part of my disciplined exercise regime I have mainly been ignoring the gym, opting for smokin' tabs & drinkin' beer.  [whistle]

Its not too difficult to stick to and I do everything else as normal, including gym 3 x week

My belts gone down a notch and I don't worry too much what I eat on non fast days. If the claimed benefits are true, and there does seem to be some scientific backing for them, then that will be a bonus  :icon_thumright:

If I was younger and into heavy training, I probably would think twice unless i wanted to lose some weight.

I started after watching the Horizon programme on BBC2, I dont plan on stopping anytime soon  :-S

Had a bit of a shit time recently Dave :( gym stopped for like 5 weeks but went back last week to my old gym... I went down a stone and lost pretty much all body fat... but have started to build up size again pretty quick and staying lean ....

will probably take a fat measurement again soon :)

Back on it :)

15mins bike
Chest, Tris, & Bis
6 mins bike - last 2 in sprint mode.

Slowly easing back into it... have missed the feel-good factor :)

Also need to get eating properly again... so back on my usual breakfast smoothie:

2 scoops oats
handful of almond
2 scoops protein
2 bananas
enough milk

Ok, that is followed by an espresso & a tab.... don't wanna go overboard   :tongue3:
