I know quite a bit, and what I don't know I know plenty of people who do know... was there something you needed ?
Mark GVA:
Any useful info or links n stuff for setting up a food plan? Am trying to get back in to a regular gym/eating routine to add some weight.... around 76kg now, but want to add another 10kg ... realise that's gonna take a while doing it clean.
I know some basic stuff about calorie intake & balance of protein / carbs / fats. Heard that you should take your weight in pounds & then multiply by 10 (for losing weight), 15 (for maintaining), and 20 (for bulking) to get the number of calories to eat per day.

I'd need to know weight, bodyfat measurement, height
How many days you are training and what type of workout
what times of the day can you eat
what you want your end result to be
baring in mind that for a diet to do its job properly you need to be able to eat around 5 to 6 times a day
Mark GVA:
Ok... weight 76kg, height 180cm, bf I'd guess about 20%.
Can eat at anytime of the day... training is mainly lunch time or early evening.
Thinking to go to a 4 day split: Chest/Tris/Calves, Legs/Abs, Back/Bis/Abs, Shoulders/Traps/Calves.
Ultimate goal to get to 90kg, 15%bf... any lower I can imagine requires too much effort for what I'm after, and 15% still allows the odd pint or 3.
