hi guys,
had i speeding letter today, 84 in a 70.
if the van is parked up on the opposite dual carrage way catching cars coming towards him are they aloud to catch you if your going the other way on the opposite carage way ? please tell me they cant

They have little tiny camera's they stick on the side of the van to get people coming the other way, atleast they do round my way

ok will do mate, just been txtn a guy i done some work for who is a copper and he thinks that they are aloud to get u over the central res,

i think ur prolly on a loser tbh, i vaugely remeber them saying with the forward facing scamera vans if they flash you speeding and the copper notes your reg down they can still get you on that, so if they have clocked you speeding and pictured your reg

Just man up and take the hit?  You got caught being naughty! LOL 

Were you not offered to do a drivers awareness course instead of taking the points?  I got caught doing 87 in a 70 recently and the threshold for the course is 86, so I asked them if I could still be considered and got a response stating "Strict guidelines, rules, unfortunately on this occasion" You know the score

i done one of them courses about 3 months ago  , gotta wait 3 years before i can do it again , thats if i still got a licence in 3 years
