well, it's a long winter isn't it ...........

I'm bored so here goes......

So who is out riding mountain bikes or road bikes to keep fit and occupied during the winter months ? or perhaps escaping the cold and heading to the gym ?

Far too cold for outdoor activities!

I climb indoors once a week, I go to the gym 1-2 times a week, try and swim every other week and I have a chin up bar and rock rings set up at home so try and do a few bits a pieces on those too  :glasses9:

Love cycling, but not in winter

I'm a recent convert to suspension training

No messing about with changing weights, just alter your position for more or less resistance/effort  B-)

Gym a couple of times a week. The TRX is great, especially if you do a lot of travelling - I've had one in my bag for quite a while

Judo twice a week and a as much training for triathlons as I can fit it.
I also drive then cycle half way to work. Keep meaning to get out on the mtb but can't find time.
