titanium welder, portsmouth/fareham ?

Long story but exhaust thumped ferry ramp last night and bent flange. Found a guy to "fix" it but there is a hairline crack on downpipe right next to flange. I've got to be on ferry back to Spain Tue 5pm, therefore I could urgently do to find someone, in Fareham area, to run a weld over the crack.
