The demontweeks website lists the same disc's for the 06-07 and 08-09 bikes so i'd say yes but you need to come firm this with DT's to be 100% sure

No - 06/07 are 300mm.
08/09 are 310mm.

FYI - all ZX6, Z750, Z1000, etc are 300mm, ZX14 are 310mm.
