Bike Dyno'd and set up this week.
« on: August 20, 2011, 08:47:46 PM »

I have splashed out this week on Mr  ZX10. Last Saturday at the waddington track day Pete Clifford did my suspension. He removed my rear shock in order to adjust the preload sag. It was miles off  what the last suspension specialist said it was so a lesson learnt there. Much firmer and tighter turning now on the gas. Then Monday saw the bike go to BSD at Peterborough for a map and a Condura PQ8 quick shifter. In fairness the bike wasn't far off. A forum member  Terry  kindly sent me a map last year as he has the same pipe etc but a little bit of adjustment sees the bike making  169.7bhp with 80lbs of torque. The quick shifter is top. Looking forward to Cadwell on Monday and Silverstone on Tuesday ( California Superbike School). Forecast is heavy rain though

Very nice, on all counts! I'd love to do CSS/Ron Haslem and chuck some money at my 10 but its a bit tight at the moment!

Be sure to report back on CSS  :headbang:
