Dear All,

Apologies for the mass post, but I wanted to tap up all the resources I have access to in order to raise as much money as possible.

Starting to Sunday the 19th June (this weekend

) I will be competing in the Castle Series Triathlons and have decided to raise some much needed funds for a great charity based in the North West called the Space Centre.

First one completed....3 left!

2hrs 54mins which put me in 36th place out of 88 (including UK No.1).

31 min for 1.5km swim was slower than hoped but still ok.
1hr 25min 44km Bike was good
50 min 10k was great considering the terrain.

4 weeks till next one....so if you can, any sponsorship gratefully received!
