Hi all, i've been waiting a few days for my account to be activated. I bought my bike a 2005 zx10r last week and i'm over the moon with it.
I'm returning to road bikes after a short break whilst I just raced Motocross and did track days.
My last road bike was a 2005 colin edwards mille which felt rather lame to this new beastie!
It's completly std apart from 16/40 sprockets, pazzario levers and a double bubble screen, it will probably stay that way unless a change of brake fluid doesn't get the front brakes working better! A speedo healer might be on the cards too.
My track bike is a zx7r which I've had from near enough new in 98, it was my road bike which i've spent a small fortune on.
The spec is spot on and includes things like:-
Brembo radial m/c
full pvm superbike narrow track brakes
793cc motor (filled with KIT parts)
ohlins rear shock
full akrapovic
carbon fibre airbox etc.
the only downside is the motor has thrown a bigend and is back with the engine builder, being kit parts it's taking forever to get spares.
