my mate is considering a newish z1000 for about the 5 grand mark your thoughts reviews on the newer ones would be appreciated ie tank range ,comfort, performance

My dad had a 08 Z1000 they are fast as fook he got around 140ish miles to a tank but the one thing he complained about was the suspension it felt like it was wallowing into corners and islands didn't feel to stable. but a bit of time spent setting the suspension up I am sure you could get rid of this feeling. but all in all he loved it. the 08 models seem to be going really cheap.
