3D TT
« on: May 01, 2011, 09:45:08 AM »

Not sure if anyone's posted up about it but me and the other half went to see it yesterday(she actually bought the tickets :headbang:). Absolutely gripping stuff and what a character Guy Martin is. The 3D gives enough depth to make the footage incredible without it being like Avatar. If you get a chance go and see it :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:

yeah, heard nothing but great reviews about this filum...I'm sure it's better seeing it at the cinema but I somehow don't think the missus will sit there and find it as entertaining as us 'blokes'  ;-)

My missus took me to see it the other night. Excellent film, could listen to Guy Martin rabbit on all day about bikes, proper good attitude. Real eye opener about how nervous McGuinness gets before racing, superstitions and having to get his house in order, cut the grass etc just in case he doesn't make it back. I think there were 8 people in the cinema but would highly reccommend it.  :icon_thumright:

The other half wouldn't have normally gone to see a film like this and apart from thinking they were all daft she laughed her socks off at Guy Martin and called the timing marshall a pompous twat. She loved it. If you are in Hemel the nearest showing it will be the Empire in High Wycombe. Take the other half, you and her might be surprised

I was in the Isle of Man when it was filmed, I can see myself in the Grandstand on Senior TT day, brilliant!!! I would recommend this to anyone even if they are not into bikes, its funny and very well made. I saw it last week and I'm going again tonight with 12 others. My lass enjoyed it, she's coming again tonight. Have a look on Youtube for the preview, it will give you a flavour for the film.....the footage of Connor Cummins crash is horrendous, you could hear the gasps from the audience. I saw it last week in Nottingham and it was old out, 300 plus, Lincoln is sold out.......Lager shandy drinking fookers....Go and see it.
