2 stainles steel Drings with webbing that you put a bolt through and then add the straps to that when you need then - otherwise you take them off and just leave the rings behind out of sight behind the plate.

i just used 2 6mm bolts through my number plate straps with big washers on the back, very easy to fit and by christ you can fit some gear in them  i cant see why it would'nt fit with an r&g mate i have a tail tidy on mine and it was all good, if you do get one just check the staps after about 100 miles and pinch them up a bit more, dont get me wrong they don't come loose or start flapping about but where my stuff settled in the bag just made them a bit slack.
