Went for a small ride this morning and nicked by an unmarked police bike.

Dangerous driving
Small Plate
No rear reflector

The plod are fighting fire with fire now-a-days, and easter time is prime pickings for them due to the start of the biking calendar.

I stay well away from any routes that are "known" now.
Also anything that appears in my mirrors and I throttle off immeadiately now - no questions.

Might pay to ask for the footage if any was taken as it's his word against yours otherwise and when it lands on the CPS's desk a lot of the time it gets downgraded or binned without anything to back it up.
Dangerous Driving is surprisingly difficult to prove and convict on without backup evidence so normally they will tell you or show you the footage at the time of the offence so there is "no doubt".

yep, I only saw him when he was in my mirrors and teh blue lights. I keep a carefull eye on my mirrors. I reckon he pulled out from a shop and was only behind me for maybe two miles. I just didn't see him. He was suddenly there. Pretended he had followed me the whole route wich I know he hadn't

.....i have seen loads of police over here in NorthWales over the weekend including a policewoman and speedgun, no bright vest and car hidden away up a nearby street in a new 40 limit, the 60 reduction to 50 and 40's is certainly underway over here and a silver unmarked bike yesterday

Then you may well have an out - he has to have a certain minimum distance for the "time over distance" average. A quick "blat" isn't enough for a prosecution.
Def start askin for the video evidence as IIRC they MUST have that to corroborate his verbal statement or it's a no-go from the off.

At 125mph - he's a bit beyond 3 points Topher.
Say nothing till the post arrives then get a bike solicitor and the speedo alone shouldn't be enough as he certainly has to prove the others.
No reflector is bullshit as it's an MOT reg and NOT a Construction and Use reg.
Small plate - takin the piss after a 125mph tug.
Same with the DD - looks like he is trying to round it up to guarantee the CPS don't drop it personally.

Yeah i got lazered last Wed 77 in a 50 that was recently a 60 just got the NIP sunny day, dead straight road A619, fookah was at least half a mile away sitting in a 60 & to top it off all I did was to nip passed some shit caravans quick then back to 50 before i even saw the cnut, musta lazered me then took my plate at 45mph as passed him forward on      oh yeah here's a bit more cheer for ya
