with the bags connection luggage do you need something to stop it rubbing the rear bodywork ?

can you fit enough stuff in the cargobag for a weeks touring? also mark or chris did you fit the rear straps to the number plate holder like they tell you to?

Yes..straps attached to the number plate & passenger pegs. Just watch the metal adjusters on the straps at the front....never scratched the paint on mine, but have to watch them when strapping it down initially.

10 day tour along with a DSLR, lenses, recording equipment, spare gloves, trainers, etc and still room for duty free.

my bags connection cargobag turned up today :headbang: and i must say im very impressed its easy to fit and doesn't move around when on the bike. the only thing im a bit worried about is how close the metal buckles sit to the panels. but im thinking of getting some of the rubber matting to put underneath just to make sure i get no scratches.

i would put some pictures up but im still working out how to put them on  :icon_scratch:

Never had any scratches - just make sure the black pads are underneath when you tighten the straps.
