Do a google for SW Mototech Bags-Connection. I highly recommend their cargo bag...there are a couple of sizes, and you can check them out by moto brand & model.

Very good kit!  :icon_thumright:

You could make me an offer and I would end now. Used on a 5 day trip in Scotland last year. Excellent piece of kit but just bought a ventura system for this year

that's a us20 and a 10 on top. Yep it was taken on the way to the black forest and the ring for a weeks holiday, I'm going for 11 days this year and have bought another us 10 to make it a forty. I can't rate it highly enough.

Right - let's end this .....

I have both the Kriega US 40 AND the Cargobag.
The Kriega is very good for short runs with not a huge amount in them. I use them for meetings in London, etc.
The problem with them is how they attach to the pillion seat. They always wobble.
The Cargobag though is rock solid and doesn't move even at 150+.
there's more than one member on here that has either swapped or bought the Cargobag after a Germany trip following me and it only taking 60secs to fit or remove.

i must say i spent an hour last night having a look around at the sw motech system and it made me laugh at first because they look quite big and a bit silly, BUT im definitely considering the sw now after hammy said they are quite stable at high speed :icon_thumright: and you seem to get more luggage space as the smallest one is 52 liters which would be the one i go for if i get one.

so now you chaps have opened up a can of worms are they waterproof? and how do they attach? i found a couple of pics and it looks like they use the hooks on the original rear light fender but i have a tail tidy on mine now, so if i do go for one would you say its better to fit the original for when i go? :icon_scratch: and one last question do they rub the exhaust?

as always chaps any feedback is greatly appreciated :headbang: cheers goldie

Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons...
Ive seen a couple of 10's now using a stripped down pillion seat with a top box base screwed to it.
OK top boxes are not exactly rock n roll but its certainly a valid solution to going away with loads of stuff. Waterproof, secure and it aint going to fall off or touch the exhaust. Lets face it you can always take it off when you get to your destination.
Just a thought.

They come with a cover BUT I've never needed to use it as it's never leaked yet. Just to be sure I use a Kriega liner and Ortlieb wp compression sacks to keep it all tight and save space.
The straps have 2 that use the pillion pegs and the other 2 pick up off the number plate bolts (which is advisable to replace with stainless ones - not plastic)
60secs to fit and it doesn't touch the exhaust even on the 06/07.
