Signed up to the Castle Triathlon Series today.....can't wait.....

June 19th: Cholmondeley Castle, Cheshire
July 24th: Castle Howard, Yorkshire

And a new stead to do it all on....



12 week count down starts now.....tick tock tick!!!

Luckily, I am no longer a portly 15+st but a rather fit and slim 13.5st. Still a small beer belly, but thats manly ;-)

Ha ha....knew you'd be on soon enough!

Unfortunately I'm away at weekend.....So no can do! Sorry buddy :-( deffo next weekend though....need to get miles in!!

However....Anytime you fancy a real ride out on the Tarmac at proper speeds let me know!!! I average 25 mph not hit it once downhill mate :-)

Awesome looking TT bike, :icon_thumleft: I bet you didnt get much change out of 3k did you?? good luck with the Triathlons, Always wanted to do one but my running and swimming lets me down.
