I thought that they all had slipper clutches since the ZXR750H1 in 1988  :icon_scratch:

Flatties are a good mod but do take some setting up from what i recall  :icon_thumleft:

Let's see the pipe then  :icon_thumleft:

:icon_thumleft: I didnt even have a full system on mine, just a blueflame race can, with a K&N filter and it was soooo loud! I had to sell the can and get a removable baffle one because it was going to get me into trouble sooner or later... The 7R is a loud bike! Hope you get the carbs installed.

As already been said since the zxr750h1 all the zxr750s zx7rs have a slipper clutch,to activate it you need to change the plates and springs. Also dynojet kits on the 7 are not very well thought of,factorypro kits are the way to go. Also if you change the throttle tube for a zx10r tube you will get a quicker throttle response. HTH

Had alot of experiance with flat sides carbs.
I used them on my YZF750 and My YZF1000 zxr750k

The key is to buy any flat side carbs is you can use any from any model or make.
I used a set from a ZX7R and bought the spacer kit from allens carbs.
 aim for 39mm or 41mm

And use two throttle cables, They are known to jam open on cold morning like i found out.

Would love to find out where my old bike went to
