I've been using that "Muc off" polish. It's been rated as top stuff to use, and to be fair the bike looks better now than when it was sat in the Kawasaki showroom :icon_thumright:

Wheeltrax, I'm also a member of the an mv agusta forum and someone on there asked the same question..it started a massive row and the thread (plus the insults) went on indefinately LOL!  :boxing: :crybaby2:  :-( :boxing: :pottytrain2: :boxing: [wall]

All I can say is that while I do like a gleaming bike mine does does look properly ridden too.

Anyway, Auto glym super resin polish is best all rounder IMO. But for the ultimate sparkle I suggest:
1. Autoglym Shampoo wash
2. Carnubra wax stage 1 paintwork cleaner
3. Autoglym Super Resin Polish
4. Autoglym Paintwork Protector (apply lightly..wait 30mins...polish off)
5. Solvol Autsol paste in the gold tube for chrome and aluminium
6. WD40 on black plastic (but wipe it off, dont leave it greasy)
7. Mr Sheen on most other bits.
8. Watch some telly cos it'll have taken all day

I wouldnt have dared get involved in the MV debate!

I used to use Mer years ago.
If I remember right it leaves powdery white residue behind doesnt it?

Mer starts drying and goes whitish after 10 mins then polishes off ok...I remember their salesmen at the bike shows that used to get his burner out on the bike tank or car bonnet to prove how tough it was.
