Which one to go for?

I like the look of the Aegis with a chest protector or the Warrior.

Been using a Knox Back protector with Dianese leathers for about 15 years now, the BP is a little odd feeling at first but soon moulds to your shape. As said in earlier post, riding without it feels naked.

i wear a knox gillet back protector, stick it on just like a vest and it kinda holds everything in  the vests also a mesh material and worn on its own makes you look errr.......gay.
which i suppose could be handy depending on the type of pubs you may wish to visit. .. its comfy though and you dont realise you got it on.

I've got a Forcfield Pro L2 one - http://www.forcefieldperformance.com/product/pro-l2-back-protector/2344

Very comfortable, I've not had to test it's impact qualitites yet, but it's consistently finished top of the Ride tests for the last few years.

Whatever you go for, be aware that there's 2 European standards of certification - en1621-1 & en1621-2 with the -2 one giving much higher levels of protection.  So if you're going to buy one check that it conforms to en1621-2

They're all similar sort of prices, so I can't think why anyone wouldn't opt for the higher protecting L2 one.  :dontknow:
