Gearing guide for uk tracks

Hello All
Can any one help with the best sprocket gear ratios (front,rear) for oulton Park for my zx6r or any uk track.
i have searched the net with no joy, im hoping one of you guys with your expert welth of knowlage may have some ideas

alright mate go on trackdayriders.co.uk someone on the there will know if not here been on there myself a few times but takes me all mine time getting round never thinking about gearing  :icon_thumright:
