needed to adjust my rearsets again today, and ended up drillling out TWO MORE FUCKIN BOLTS!!!!!!   not fuckin impressed  :mad:

ouch I had the same problem with my ol' zx6. I used some stupid screen bolts and everytime I had to take of the front fairing( regular due to crashes) I lnded up drilling them out

it gets fuckin frustratin spendin shit loads of dosh on smart kit, that has had time and effort spent machining, then they just throw in cheap shit bolts with em....  ruins them.

If you stopped using a 14lbs sledge hammer to torque them up you wouldn't have this problem............................

andy, i never replaced the bolts yet, i just received them.. decided to do it today, as i've been busy all week workin, not skiving like horse, pretendin he had a cold......

the bolts were all shite. so they,ve been replaced now..

nah I didn't get them gilles I didn;t wanna pay more than 151 for second hand pare would rather pay and get new...... I have been given a wicked quote for some bits of my local friendly bike supplier  :icon_thumright:
