Can understand your annoyance and your reluctance to name the brand just yet.
Once you hear from them and know how they are going to deal with the issue it might be nice to "expose" the details though.
If you get a satisfactory result you can give em a big pat on the back on here (stuff goes wrong sometimes as we all know) and if they start to give you the runaround you can "name n shame" em so others can decide whether they wanna use the company or not..
