Not everyone loves the sound, i had rd400s and 350 elsies, they all had either micron or allspeeds on (never could afford the proper Stan Stephens kit), i used to live at top of a hill, so had to give it the beans every night on way home from foot of the hill to the top,a few times I had parked and looked down to see all the lights in the houses en route, when they had been dark til i passed :D
