Note from Daughter
« on: November 27, 2010, 12:40:05 PM »

Just having a flick through my wallet ( trying to find cash ha ha) and i found a note from my daughter when she was 4 now 8 and it brung a smile to my face and made me realise how much i love my now 3 girls ( Amber-Leigh 8 - Kiki 5 - Matilda 6 months) so much and id do anything for them cant really remember life without kids and members will kids will hopefully agree that they are the best thing that can happen to ya . Recently found out ( 6th October)  that my 5 year old Kiki has type 1 diabetes and she has never once moaned about her jabs or even questioned why she has Diabetes ( i suppose it will come) she has been braver and more grown up than i would of been , but just got to take my hats off to them BEST THING IN THE WORLD .

Oh and got to give the missus a bit of credit for helping out ha ha

There's my mushy moment out the way  :icon_thumright:

Note says " To Daddy i howp you have a good time at trak day i howp you downd fall of your bike from evryone" bless she knows me so well ha ha

Know the feeling mate. My daughter is seriously ill as well, never moaned about hospital, kidney biopsies and procedures. She spent more time in her short life ( she's 6.5 now) in hospitals than me in my whole life. She lives in Poland when I'm here. I visit her every 6 weeks because can't imagine to see her less often. I keep in my wallet her first sock!!! She from the other hand draws hearts on calendar on dates when I come over. I have tears in my eyes every time I leave and see her waving goodbye in the window.
That was my mushy moment lol

Been to a Christmas market here in Germany with the missus and  daughters (9 & 3).
Crisp air, snow on the ground,  a gluhwein in my hand and the smells of christmas everywhere.
(this comment removed coz i bottled it  :tongue3: ?
Ah, happy days!
(I'll get me coat :) )
