Hello mate. I think I can answer this. First of all the "stock" ohlins damper is made on a budget. As stock it isn't the best. However it can be revalved to work well. Now then, if you are shaking its head thats not neccesarily down to bad suspension or anything being bad, maybe lots of beans making the front lift and begin to search which will twitch its head. The guy I have used to set up suspension on my ZX6R ('06 model), on my ZX10R ('06 model) and now on my ZX10R and ZX6R on '08 &'09 models is Pete Clifford who owns and runs Actiforce suspension. He does the suspension support for Hottrax and does alot of the suspension support work on the BSB grid. He can revalve (and explain) what the Ohlins shock needs to be doing. He knows his stuff and is a nice fella. Search the net under actiforce racing. He is in Lincolnshire, he can by arrangement set you up if you visit him or try catching him on a track day and he will work with you all day to set you up. Thats my peneths worth.
