Looking into fitting a quickshifter to the bike, anybody have any thoughts as to what is a best buy etc.
What's involved in fitting one.

there are far better switches out there than the dynojet offering,and a lot cheaper.

if your just after the switch to go into the power commander then look at the cordona gpswitch from moto46.

if your after a strain gauge or ignition box type then a lot rate the HM but there are others out there.(translogic,tectronic etc..) but expect to pay 300+ for one of these

As i am using a KMS fuel ECU and not a powercommander, i reckon i'll be going for the Translogic system.
Having looked a little more into it, i do like the idea of the intelligent system as below.

I tried a Power Commander Quick Shifter, easy to fit, but for road use didn't feel my lap times of the local town improved enough to justify it, so just as easily,  took it off.

Yeh you have to get out of town and be givin it some to feel the benefit, maybe a scooter would be better around town!

theres fook all benefit to it on the road,just a bit of extra bling for when your parked up at the cafe.
