Well the Termi sticker is at the wrong end of the silencer...it's normally at the outlet end. A gen Termi for the 10R is usually longer than that as well - Maybe that's one that been cut down, but to me it looks a bit like a Tubetech zorst ?

Still looks well though to be fair

That is definately a Tubetech - they use that clamp on all their cans.
