caliper cleaning

looking to change the brake pads over the weekend and wanting to clean up my calipers,what is the best way or stuff to get them nice and clean.

as the gold is starting to look abit dirty looking and what are the best pads to get looking to get some sbs duel carbon one's
as i want to try and save some money from getting new calipers.

Use meguiars hot wheels cleaner available at wilco/halfords anywhere like that tis bloody brillaint stuff, spray it on leave for few of seconds use a small stiff brush/tooth brush to really work it in then wash off best results generally wiv a jet wash bring em up good and proper  :icon_thumleft:

I used good old Fairy Liquid and very hot water. Used by race teams apparently
Made a difference on its own. Bought some smooth gold hammerite to touch up calipers. not a perfect match, but pretty good and better than scuffed calipers
