Why can't sellers leave negative feedback anymore for stupid timewasters who 'buy the wrong thing'

an unpaid item strike don't do much in my opinon. and this stupid twat has ruined my 100% record.

So i can only leave him 'positive feedback'... Shame my words aren't....

It works the other way too....my missus has had problems leaving negative stuff as a buyer. Apparently eBay will delete negative comments/feedback if the seller requests it...
