Internet self torture.
« on: September 06, 2010, 12:20:36 AM »

Why do i do it to myself? I already know i cant ride it for another 6 months.... I should explain really, at the moment im doing the whole 'finding yourself, travelling the world' etc etc. And luckily i've found myself in a pretty sweet job in Oz. Been out here so far for 6 months, so another 6 months to go (maybe more, who knows?) so obvioulsy im missing my bike quite a bit. Going from riding pretty much every day to going cold turkey is hard enough, i mean even if i bought another bike it just wouldnt be my 10r... So to reason with myself and for feeling a little guilty for leaving her sitting for a year, i find my self on ebay...a lot. And now my pile of bikely goods is pretty big, only as im 1000s of miles away i cant touch them or even fit them and its tourturing me that i cant! But, i suppose ive brought it on myself and theres nothing i can do now except wait... and buy more bits...

So far i have bought:
09 swingarm
quickshifter
gilles rearsets
q/a throttle
carbon front mudguard
brembo master cylinder
pazzo shorty levers

And on my wish list i still want to get:
calipers
exhaust hanger
-1 tooth front sprocket
speedo healer
and maybe a race seat...but not sure yet

watch this space...
