A big fat hello
« on: April 11, 2007, 08:55:05 PM »

Hi all, just a quick note of introduction.  Just about to pick up a new 1o.  I currently live in the Reading area and also have a zx6r b1 which has been thoroughly abused having 22k+ miles on the clock and been rebuilt a couple of times after a couple of trackday excursions.

looking forward to the new ride and hoping not to take it on the track (the plan is to use the 6 for that..bet that idea doesnt last long!).

I also am an IAM observer so if you are in the Thames Valley and want to know more about advancing your riding let me know and I'll point you in the right direction (pay no notice to my lack of track riding ability ;-) )

Good to be a part of this forum! :hello2:

Welcome to here mate.

I've been thinking about the IAM thing over the last couple of weeks myself, but not sure where to start with it.

Any pointers for a bit of advice on where I can find some observers in the Bristol area would be greatly appreciated.
If not then how about a link to some info on what it involves, how long it takes, costs involved etc

Cheers

Hey flotty, a warm welcome to the forum! I'm a newbie too, and don't pick my new 10 up for another 1 week 5 days and 9 hours...counting down!

What colour 10 did ya go for? They seem to like black on here

Enjoy the new beast, however I would imagine you will find the 6 tame once you ride the 10....mwahhaaha

See you online..

Andy
