Thanks for those. I sort of inherited my ride. Not even qualified to ride it yet but getting there as its bloody looking sad in my garage. Been nosying around on here. Where are all the ladies.......just I need some leathers and a sexy pair preferably. Well at least cut so I don't look like vicky pillars.

Have you inherited a 10R as your first bike

I hope ( for your sake ) that this inherited bike is something a little more " docile " than that ?

As for the leathers ........................... I couldn't possibly comment  [whistle]

Yep. Had to put it in a van to bring it down from Scotland to Wilmslow. How bad is that. It needed a lot of work and I suppose should flog it but its got sentimental value ! Always loved bikes but our mum had heart attack at thought of two bikers in the family. Do you know of any good tutors round cheshire yorkshire way ?

Hi Gina and welcome to the site  :occasion14:

Cant help with the leathers but am sure loopelisa or bikerchick will be along soon

My 10 is my first sports bike and I found that it can be riden quite gently if thats what you want, but and its a BIG but, it does have the power to get you into some serious trouble.

definately get some proper tuition and take your time.
