nice.... i got some shimano clip on pedals with a cage around so you can use either.. cheap from Decathlon sports shop. Shimano trainers with clips were a third of the price compared to Cycle shops too..

to get the most power delivery to your new stead go for a good set of clipless pedals and shoes, as Andy says crank bros or shimano. its amazing just how much energy is wasted by not having the correct shoe and pedal combo!  :icon_thumleft:

right well got myself some spd m770 pedals like andy posted and got myself some shimano shoes and cleats to go with

am looking at mudguards for the front but having a little dificulty knowing which will work with my bike as it has the gear cables running down underneath the frame  :dontknow:

also looking at putting a repair kit together in the under seat bag i have, what pump do you guys use? to keep with the bike?

there are plenty to chose from though and you'll still get wet but less wet than without  :icon_thumright:

underseat bag, nah......  just get a decent back pack with a bladder like this

I carry a cheapo Aldi pump, really small in my bag and have a stand-up pump for set up  :icon_thumright:

when my ankle is better dude, can only just run 5-6 yards untill i have to stop, tried running up the stairs today and nearly fell down them i was in that much pain  :cry:
