This was mine...........................



well I managed to get out today (even though it's the missus's birthday  ).

Went for a run from with Pat F and a pal so just the three of us, we rode at sensible speeds all day and it was really good, it's so easy to blat at 150mph everywhere but at around 80 we had a nice run and covered around 300 miles or thereabouts.

Weather started off ok but a bit cold at 9am and then I thought it'd be sunny but the sun never really broke through, we went from Chester trhough Bala THIS IS BALAand onto aberystwyth THIS IS ABERYSTWYTH then ont into Mid wales and A44 I think and there were some great roads for sure, albeit some poor fella n what I think was a blade or CBR6 (Pat will no doubt correct me) who seemed to have managed to hit a car head on on a 90 degree bend  poor bugger, hope he's ok  we then rode up toward Whitchurch where it peed down for around 20-30 miles, where the hell did that rain come from 

Got home with an aching arse    at around 5pm, think I need to ride more as it feels like I've been exercising     

Just have to say that my 10R is fucking fantastic and is now nice and clean after being washed after I got in, sunday lunch was ready 10 mins after I got back so now it's a few beers and a glass of bubbly with the missus, a great day, thanks Pat F and Paul  .


Have to say that Paul has a super Duke and has Acra's fitted which are much longer than the OE's but they do obscure the rear light far too much for my liking

Not sure what the bike was. Was a good run and I'm sure Andy will one day get his knee down. I also cleaned the bike when I got in and agree that the Super Duke with Akra's fitted means the tail light is obscured. Though this might not be an issue at night and the brake light is easlly seen.

I'll get my fekking knee down, it's not as though I don't lean over 

I'll knee down and meanwhile will just piss about with the odd wheelie, yer got Pat, is your mum a contortionist as yuo seem to get off the bike almost when you get your knee down   

Aye Jon the roads around here (aberthingy is about 90 miles from here though) are superb

I got 2 runs in today, - 1 going home from work @ 07:00 (bit nippy, so took the bandit as it's got heated grips fitted !) & one back into work @ 16:00 on the 10R, may have been caught by a mobile camera team in Farnborough (set up on the A325 northbound, just before the big roundybout that has the carpark under it), will have to wait & see if any uninvited mail arrives in the next couple of weeks....

Jon get in the garden....do the weeding...prune the bushes..plant the marigolds....oh and when you done with the garden get in the house and do the ironing and dont forget the...blah...blah.......blah...right while youre doing that im going out with the Girls for a Girlie day out....Bye!!!

Had a good couple of days on the bike.

Friday went to West Wales to visit family.
Saturday came home from said visit

Sunday, Myself, Manic636 and another rider had the best fish and chips ever in Lynmouth.
