I opened the charger. I looked for any thing not normal i saw 2 resistor are connected to eachother; I removed them from eachother (I don't like to remove 2 connected objects from each other {it reminds me the philosophy of life male and female] but in this case i had to) and i closed the charger to see if it works properly now.



I got a ticket to have a white turn signal!! Can you belive that? (that's so dumb)....... so i painted it.

If somebody would spend this much time, effort and money just to have a chuckle at a few people calling them a tosspot, they really are mental!

Personally I can't believe that there is an intelligent individial out there willing to spend thousands on a bike, then months tearing it apart and rebuilding it with home made shite just to get some folk to call him an idiot.

I do, however, believe that there are idiots out there who do things just like this

I used 20W-50 oil becasue my bike engine rotates 6000rpm+ so oftenly. If you live in a hot enviroment (or summer) 20W-50 can be a good choice as well

There are some oil inside the oil filter as well so be alert that some oil will drop from oil filter as well.

After you installed and tight the oil filter and carter nut add the new oil.

Note: There are ways to clean the old oil and reuse it by boiling it and then let it rest. The dirt will sit on the bottom and you need to move the upper oil very smootly.

When you are installing the engine together, use a torque wrench to tight all the bolts equally. Even if you don't know the exact number from the manufactory, still use the torque wrench to tight all the bolts with the same amount of force. I didn't find the exact number of the tightening of the head cover bolt for my bike (2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R) but with the help of one mechanic i found out that these bolts are very simlar to Honda Accord head cover. I compared the bolt of 2005 Kawasaki zx10r head cover and the Honda Accord head cover and they were just like eachother. Mechanics put 7feet pound or 7ft-lbs. Therefore i decided to use the same force for head cover bolts of my bike.

This is the air box. The air filter is located inside this box. The reason that it called airbox is because all the air in front the bike will direct insie of this box so it is an airbox

After I added the old oil into the empty containers, i closed their cap firmly and i place them in a double bag and closed the bag. I am going to place this bag infront the hardware store that i buy the oil from when they are closed.

Now it is a good recommendation to run the engine before using the vehicle to let the new oil flow in all engine so engine rotoates smoothly and is ready to work under the real use pressure. Therefore start the engine and let it run for about 2 minutes then turn it off. You may apply alittle bit gas one a while as well (just a little not too much).

This picture shows the method of gears which can be apply on the motorcycle. The frist one is down the rest is up; This method is standard from about 1987 on the motorcycle (it is just an estimate). Before that the method of the gears on motorcycles was all down and pushing the pedal up result on the lower number gear

There is a container as a back up to feed your brakes when there is a hole somewhere in the system. In motorycycles it is so often there is 2 complete seprate even different brake system.

The throttle cable in 2005 Kawasaki ZX-10R is a combination of 2 cables next to each other. The reason of 2 cable instead of one is becasue of mainly 2 reasons:
1. quick respond from the throttle when rider apply the gas
2. last longer and get more age

Since i am a Racer, I always appriciate if my vehicle can keep up with me. Well, i want immidiate respond from my throttle when i just rotate my throttle grip. For that purpose, i put some oil on and inside the cover of the throttle cable. The oil that i used was steering oil; Do you know what is that mean?!!! It means as you rotate the throttle grip back and forth more and more, the throttle cable movement gets smoother and smoother so if you start riding with my bike, the throttle acts normal smooth but if you started to push the gas back and forth, the throttle becomes even smoother. It is like the bike is telling you as more you play with it, it gets wilder. This turns me on so much!!
