well thought i'd best get the bike out after work and give it a wash and a bit of a polish, to be fair i hate washing the bike and if truth be known

this is only the 4th time in 2 years of owning it that i've washed it  [rofl]

I have to agree with Lisa there Chris 4th time in 2 years! mine gets 2 washes a week, in fact I am sad git and i think i wash it more than i Ride it!
