Guys thanks for the warm welcome, especially to those with the advice to get what flicks my switch - something i needed to hear I think. In the meantime, before the money rolls in, can anyone advise of someone trustworthy and cheap/reasonable in Gosport / Fareham area that can pull a dent in my fuel tank and respray it for me? I am only looking for a plain ninja green, plus gloss. Just want to get my workhorse looking reasonable to save my embarassment when she goes out with others  :emb:

Ahh, strong advice there Buffo, however the tank paint is a mis-match for the rest of the bike after an off a couple of years ago. The remainder of the bike, save the top part of the front fairing, is green without stickers so the black stripes on the tank need to go - along with the horrendously damaged tank pad! I promise some picks of my well worn workhorse when she has a new tank job!
