camping
« on: April 08, 2007, 06:21:29 PM »

We're thinking of going away on the bike for a night/two nights camping, not far, maybe south west-ish, dorset (new forest) appeals to us. Just a bit of laugh really, y'know-disposeable barbi-que, few beers, fighting off natures creepy crawlies that sort of thing. But can anyone throw some useful hints and tips, and maybe some good locations that are bike safe/friendly? Cheers peeps.       EJ.

If youre heading to the New Forest there are loads of camping sites there!!
Nice place to visit is Lyndhurst and a good place for food and beer...specially the Waterloo Arms, this pub does real good food and the owners are freindly. The Waterloo Arms is near the courts just as you come into Lyndhurst from the M27.
PLUS!!!!....it aint to far from Me,Glenn,Si,Wiz.......etcetera etcetera etcetera......
