Sorry to hear of your misshap mate, been there and done similar meself with my old FZ750 years ago. Didnt drop it but it took weeks for the torn muscles in me groin to heal.

Did you take pictures of this? Then send a letter to the petrol station owners, fuel company giving them details costs incurred details how to pay and give them 14 days to respond or you will be seeing them in the small claims court.

Should yield some compensation

Hi Guys

I always coplain here in Suffolk at the Deisel slick on almost every fuel pump.

the staff are usually just drinking coffee rather than keeping the place clean

Shell stations are the worst here closely followed by Tesco

What i actually did is go bright red, swear inside my helmet a bit, and ride off sheepishly.   

Guess i will know what to do next time
