The lastest Cage rage was on too with Ian Freeman in a title fight.

Great weekend for MMA on tv. B-)

Like he said the clinch was too powerful for him to deal with. Those mid section knees were doing the damage though and did you see his nose afterwards!! :shock:

Personally i thought Silva was just too good on the night. :boxing:

He will be back though.

Rich's heart wasn't in it and you could see it....

What happens when you are all caught up.. you take it to the ground... Rich is good on the ground as well as standing....

his own fault yeah he will be back lets hope he don't fight like a chump again or he'll be back to the day job... :boxing:
