what the "boom box" really is?
I know its actually a "resonator" which is a fancy way of saying its a sound box.
What it does is cancel certain frequencies and help to pass noise regs.
Any ideas what's actually inside it?

Lets just say it won't be going back together "exactly" the same way.

Its finding the time - its great owning your own business as you can choose when to go in unless you have 4 different sites running - at the same time and you have to deal with them all - at the same time...........

You gonna put a perforated tube thru' it, pack it full of wadding and then see if its quiet enough to get away with no silencer?

Already has a perf tube in it and its not that loud tbh - its better than a growler, nice and deep just like the A&R baffles on the twin pipes before.
Patience, the blowlamp has been out and the shotbag and peen hammer have been hard at work 
Will be similar to how Kwack do the internals on the main silencer - frequency cancellation is the term.
Fook has it taken some calculations on volume, gas speed, etc but will have the option of an extra baffle but will be sprung loaded not screwed in IF I use it. Hoping it will be fine though.
Besides it can't be any louder than Termi's

Peak from one sound wave filling the trough from another? Fook me, that'll take some figuring out. Will it work at all revs?

Its more about equal waves from opposite directions cancelling each other out. If you spilt an oe can you can see how they do it, same with cars. Most silencers are actually resonators.

No idea -trial and error - not my software fortunately. But it can't be any louder than it already is
